If this works like Rollback RX, it will gradually eat up your disk space saving all the changes to your files ... every read,write, delete, move, etc.. But shouldn't be a problem if you don't mind losing your changes and going back to a previous "snapshot" of your disk.

RestoreIT Server Edition was able to quickly restore my windows 2003 server to full functionality after purposeful deletion of critical system files; product appears to function according to its description.
