I am currently using Safend Port Protector on our network and think it is the best endpoint security product out there. A little pricier than other similar products, but well worth the money. This version is great, but not the same product as the enteprise solution. Very granular control of devices, easy to use, and reporting is fantastic.

This is the stand alone version of thier software.
The full Enterprise version includes a management server that helps to configure policies (saved in Active Directory's GPO), collect logs and other features.

OK. Make it remotely controllable from a "central console" and it's f*cking awesome. I want to install this on 40 machines and have access to all 40 at the flick of a whim to allow/deny USB devices or allow "read-only" use of USB devices, etc.. This thing has potential.
Throw in some logging so at the end of the day I can see how the software was being used (e.g what PC's were "unlocked" and for how long + what was transfered onto the device) and we've got a real winner.
