Scan documents easily and quickly using ScanToPDF. Place your documents in the scanner and press the Scan button in ScanToPDF. Document will be saved as a PDF. Set PDF security, author, keywords etc. You can also send the PDF document automatically by email, ScanToPDF will create the attachment and attach it to the email for you, saving you time. You can even import images files and save them as PDF.

I was looking for a simple method to scan documents from my HP Scanjet straight into a PDF file and then be able to add pages at a later date. ScanToPDF does just that, nice and simple, easy to install and worked first time without needing to read any manuals. The home user price of $30 is great value but the OCR plugin needed to create searchable PDFs on the fly - see www.scantopdf.co.uk - is I believe beyond the reach of home users.

Wow - for this price you can buy PDFfactory (Info: http://fileforum.betanew.../pdfFactory/993020221/1) and save little money. It can do substantially more than 'Scan to PDF' and is more universal.
I use it for universal PDF creating.
