Well, as posted on the site.
The reason I wrote is because when I need to post a screenshot quickly using Print Screen and pasting it into an image editor, saving it takes too long. And I wrote it mainly for my own use but people who tried it, lazy people like myself hehehe, so I decided to publish it.

What's worse is that this isn't the first program to offer this. There are many that appear when doing a Google search for "print screen".
To be fair, this program does provide a menu for what to do with the image after it's captured (so it's a little more than just screen capture), but there's too many unfinshed and non-fuctioning features for it to be of use (otherwise I would have given it a 3, based on other capture programs). And based upon other free capture programs, even fully functional it would be limited. (I don't think the programmer did his homework.)
For the program to be truely useful, it should be designed for video capture of screen images. There are a number of paid programs that do this, but few (if any) free ones.

OMG...what a program!!! I never thought I would be able to capture a screenshot of my desktop and programs!!! The person who wrote this must have been a freakin genius!!! OMG, I wish there was a button on my keyboard that was called Print Screen that can do the same thing!!!
What a waste of precious resources this program is.
