This is, hands down, the best RSS Reader for Windows. Period.
It even passed the "import OPML test". Most readers destroy the layout of your OPML file and put everything in strict alphabetical order (with no folders/subfolders).
ShharpReader is one of the few RSS readers for Windows that properly imports OPML files (not many do for Linux either). It keeps your folder structure in tact. So for example, if you have separate folders for Blogs, News, Friends, Tech, Humor and so forth, they will remain in tact when you import the OPML file.
That is reason enough to give SharpReader high marks.
Another feature I really like is how you can just copy and paste a URL into the address field and click subscribe. Quick and dirty.
I've also set it up to be the default reader in Firefox 2.0.
Speaking of which, I really wish someone would come out with a Gecko-based reader (that's equally good). That would truly rock. But in the meantime, this is still the best Windows feed reader.

Nice, clean, simple interface. My biggest gripe is a small one... the notifications from the tool tray are sort of hard to read & stack in an obnoxious way when more than one come in at a time (which happens all the time). Otherwise, its great... my favorite, so far.
