Publisher's Description
SkinCalc features standard and advanced calculator functionality, a spreadsheet interface, and skins. Skins make it possible to change the layout and functionality of the software, with effects that include non-rectangular shapes, user-configurable transparency and alpha channel translucency. More than 100 skins are available from the sites listed at skincalc.com, which also has instructions to create your own skins.

I made an installation with nlite and didnt include the calc .
ah well ... this one looks nicer anyway .
i would like to see more functions than the standard win calc etc.
i do like the skinning idea a bit .. due to the fact i couldnt see the keys so well with the win calc . a skin can change that and they look pretty good doing it ...
also , there is an option for a tray icon .
so yeh , this program does what it says .

100 skins for a calculator... *detects too much time on hands*
How about more functionality. Even the windows calculator has scientific modes.
Its good that you are bringing colour to an accountants life though, although I dont know if the size and skins option is particularly useful with a simple calculator...
