Smart Bomb PC Shutdown is a power-off utility with intelligence. Aside from being able to turn off your machine after a period of time, it can monitor CPU usage and Internet activity in order to delay shutdown while any processes in that regard are going on. It will allow you to run any multimedia applications or download files while you are away, knowing that the computer will be turned off when all processes go idle and not earlier.

It's a pretty good program... the interface may not be the best, but it's useable.
I use it when I'm encoding a video so that it will put my pc in suspend or shut it down when it's done (ie. the cpu usage goes below 10%).

Good idea let down by a poor interface and lack of usability. Has the potential to be a very good app, until then i give it a 2.
