Each time I was trying to access my Micro SD card, I was facing the error “needs to be formatted”. I’ve searched and found some ways to deal with such errors but of no use. Finally, I’ve found this program recommended by community experts and seems to be the perfect fit in my case.
Thankfully, it worked as explained. Using this tool, I’ve restored around 1GB of images that were missing from the SD card. The formatting and Meta data was preserved after recovery.
It’s a great program for every photographer!!

The software version given here is an older one.
I have used the current version of the software i.e. ‘Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery (Windows) 6.0’
