I've been a TopStyle fan for years, but this new version is enough to consider switching for good. For CSS pros, you can customize everything from the interface to layout templates, and for beginners, all the links in the Help menu will get you started quickly without minimal [CSS] pain. And if you're just joining the CSS party, Western Civ. offers a series of courses and guides to turn you into a master in no time. The interface and keyboard shortcuts alone make StyleMaster really fast, and really easy.
