This could be a very useful tool for those that are new to computing as there
Is a unknown to new users if there computer is working correctly many may
Feel that there computer is to blame for a program not working
In the approved manner when perhaps it is the computer operator
And with this mechanism one would be sure as to the problem
I have not tried this program as I am a veteran computer user
I hale the author of this program.

Is this a joke? The way I do it: instead of checking this on my desktop, I know that my system is on if the monitor is on. If the monitor is off, I can check the power LED. Of course, I might be missing something (in fact, I hope this is the case), but since the application description is very weak, and the package does not contain any documentation whatsoever, I can only assume that this program does absolutely nothing but waste screen space with a couple of static controls (or is the bar a dynamic battery charge indicator for laptops?).
