SureDocs is a program that very easily allows digital signatures to be applied to just about any form. It was designed for use in a paperless office but can be used by anyone that needs to add a digital signature to a contract or legal document. It comes with a print driver that basically allows a user to print from whatever application to the SureDocs printer. Once the form is "Printed" it opens the SureDocs application and "Signature Blocks" can dragged and dropped onto the form itself. Enter the name and email address of the recipient and it uploads the form to a secure server, and sends a link the recipient to log into the secure server to create a password (username is the email address.) They can then see the form and can apply their signature to the appropriate fields.
