This is a superb Bible study program. Rock steady. Bug free. Easy to learn & use. Lots & lots of useful features to enhance one's enjoyment and understanding of Biblical truths.

I have to respond to the Pharisee who (in comments below) seems to feel that all Bible software should be free, and who twists the Scripture to his own purposes in a vain attempt to prove this falsehood.

There ARE some free Bible study programs, such as E-sword and The Sword Project. However, those freebies are done by organizations that receive donations, and by hobbiests who have other means of earning the daily bread for themselves and their families.

It is QUITE all right for a believer to earn his living by programming Bible software, or by working in a Christian bookstore, or by working for a Bible publisher such as Nelson, or by preaching or teaching, or by missionary work, or by translating Bible manuscripts into other languages. This is clearly stated in several Bible verses, including but by no means limited to the following: 1 Cor 9.13, Luke 10.7b, Mt 10.10, Gal 6.6

This is a great piece of software well worth paying for!

As for the previous posts complaint, The author of this product is not charging for the text of the bible, but rather the study tool components! This is no different from a scripture union shop selling bibles, or bible study resources. God is not anti people earning money, hence it makes it quite clear in the new testamnet that a worker is worth his/her wages, see luke 10: 5-7. Its what we do with it that counts. This auther is providing a product which he gets a wage from, and without that he may not be able to afford to contine to produce it, and this particular resource would be lost. If the previous reviewer is lucky enough not not need any income, then may i suggest he buys a few copies of this software for others less fortunate, as that way this great product is still produced, and some of those who have not the money get it as well!

Cheers

The low rating is NOT because of any faulty software.

It is because of the greed of some people, who charge money for what our creator has given free to everybody.

This is what HE says:

Isa 55:1 Ho, every thirsty one, come ye to the waters, And he who hath no money, Come ye, buy and eat, yea, come, buy Without money and without price, wine and milk.
Isa 55:2 Why do ye weigh money for that which is not bread? And your labour for that which is not for satiety? Hearken diligently unto me, and eat good, And your soul doth delight itself in fatness.

Everybody who reads this should know that there is a F-R-E-E bible study program available, which is at least as good as this one. You can get it here:

http://www.e-sword.net/

And this is what you'll find on the F-R-E-E bible portal page:

Mat 10:8 Without payment you have received; without payment you are to give.

I have nothing more to say than what Paulos said in his letter to Thimotheus:

1Ti 6:3 If anyone teaches differently, and does not consent to sound words, those of our Lord Jesus Christ and the teaching according to godliness,
1Ti 6:4 he has been puffed up, understanding nothing, but is sick concerning doubts and arguments, out of which comes envy, strife, evil-speakings, evil suspicions,
1Ti 6:5 meddling, of men whose mind has been corrupted and deprived of the truth,

supposing gain to be godliness.

Withdraw from such persons.
