Well its a start.
Desperately needs delta sync capability (like the free, open source Unison) where only changed parts of files are synchronized.
IMO this isnt mature enough to warrant the asking price, especially when there are free alternatives like Unison (http://www.cis.upenn.edu/~bcpierce/unison/) and SyncBack Freeware (http://www.2brightsparks...cback/syncback-hub.html)
and various Rsync versions (such as WinRsync, cwRsync)
