Publisher's Description
The Circle is a scalable decentralized peer to peer application. What this means is that it is free from any kind of control, there's no central authority running the show. Which means no censorship, no entry taxes, no one booting you off the network, and no weak point which can break the whole system. As long is there's one Circle peer running, anywhere in the world, there's still a network. What is more, unlike gnutella, things won't start breaking once the network gets big. It currently provides file sharing, instant messaging and IRC style chat, and a personalized, trust based news service.
