Hard to say anything final yet, but works fastest in my other old 98 computer.

The previous review was an extremely unfair and biased writeup, IMHO. Some of the best shareware is coming out of the Far East these days, in case you haven't noticed. I have helped a few of these folks translate their products into English, and I can tell you from working with them that quality and value are as key to them as they are to any native English speaking software author. I installed and tested this browser shell and it works GREAT. Not saying it is THE best (SlimBrowser is my first choice), but it's a good one.

DON'T Use or trust. The site if very, very shady. Many misspellings, "compatiable", "miscrosoft and "Coperation". Those are just the ones I found.
It's built off of IE7, but, I trust Microsoft a little more than some no name.
