Toast Organizer lets you organize your data, designing their structure. You can create many different categories, to segregate your items, to have a more flexible management. Define a data type means that you design the window in wich your data is displayed. Inside every category, you build a tree structure. So you have one additional organisational level. Thise tree is very flexible: you can move folders and items from one folder to another.
