The version number tells me that this is new and I like the fact that it is an open source project. I too find that it seems slow when I tested it and found myself closing and restarting it for every new search. I myself don't trust Bit Che since my security software quarantined a file called "special.exe" while installing it and told me that it was a bad application. Might be a false positive as some security software companies have a tenancy to protect the recording industries interests a bit too much so I chose not to install it just in case. I am definitely going to keep an eye on Torrent Search and I look forward to seeing it get better and better as it ages. I played around with this last night and I really like it for the fact that it has some pretty powerful filters to guide you down to what relevant across many torrent sites.

Promising but slow when searching, also not portable.
Bit Che is smaller and much faster.
