I think calling this garbage wouldnt be strong enough.
Nowadays we have much more effective methods of attracting web viewers than to fill our web servers with literally hundreds of "Laser-Focussed" html files.
Seriously if I wanted to fill my web server with hundreds or even thousands of mass-produced files that are really only portals just in the chance that I was too stupid to properly set my meta keywords in the first place, then this would be the ideal choice.
Other than that, do a small amount of research (there are tools that will list the highest used keywords for your term), download a meta tag program (once again, there are many out there, some on betanews) and code your site properly.
Dont waste your time with this one...
