VCW VicMan's Photo Editor is a good photo editor but is limted with import/export-eg. no support for Paintshop Pro palettes, pictures tubes and .gif.Babya Photo Workshop Professional and Babya Photo Workshop Professional XL support that and are professional Babya image editor alternatives to Photoshop than compared to VCW VicMan's Photo Editor .

This program needs more than bug fixes. The tools and methods are counter-intuitive, and too hard to learn. If it were an excellent program, it would be worth the time to learn. It is not. There is a huge need for a good, inexpensive photo editor for digital camera users. Vickman's could be that editor, but chooses instead to compete with Pixia and Dogwaffle, where it is badly outclassed.(bobad@charter.net)

Disappointing. I have been trying out this program for a long time. It has been around long enough for the author to create a decent UI. It is just as confusing now as it was when first reaeased. It needs a complete overhaul, or may as well abandon it. (bobad@charter.net)
