Interesting program. It's small, fairly fast, and has a good set of editing tools that work fairly well. It's strength is more as a viewer and not an editor. Unfortunately it has no provision for launching in full screen mode and acting as a quick viewer. A few minor changes could easily rocket this program to a 5.
