SDP, Hidownload, WMR, Offline Explorer, and Net Transport can all record streaming media.
What I'm really waiting for is a streaming media player-recorder so you can watch while you record. The very first program to ever record streaming Windows Media (Oi Net Theater, which is long gone now) was able to display while recording. The problem was that Oi Net Theater wasn't really decoding the stream; it was just acting as a proxy, so the files it created were not in asf/wmv format. Today's stream recorders can save asf/wmv files but can't display them while doing so.

well, if you stream over $40 of vids...
Keep in mind though that a) This is theft and b) Streaming media is much lower quality than what you would purchase otherwise.
