Disabled the open/explore on right-click menu when on the Start Menu "All Programs" screen in XP.

This is very useful for someone like me: a software developer who's always mucking about with his system. Feedback when there is no lock on a file would be nice though.

Awesome, I am really happy I found this program. I was always wondering why XP does not list the processes itself when it complains the file is used by some other process.
P.S.: If it does not work (means nothing pops up when you activate it from the context menu), it means that the file is not locked

I've used this program for a long time and it works very well.

the files in the zip are dated from june and july of 2002
that's a little old to be trying to release it as a beta now
and most of the time it didn't work

This program stays always on top with no apparent option to turn that off, which I'm not a fan of.
Otherwise it does exactly what it says it does, its come in handy for me already.
