WinMac is a program that allows Windows users to add a Macintosh-style menu bar to their system. WinMac is written in Visual Basic v5.0 by Michael Mallory. It is capable of mimicking System 7, Mac OS 8 and 9, Mac OS X Server, and Mac OS X Aqua menu bars.

The new brushed metal look is stylin. If it could mirror the menu of the active application (like a Mac does) I'd give it 5 stars.

Hows this for an idea? if you like the Mac OS buy a Mac :) I'll give it 4 stars becose for people that do like this kind of stuff it is done pretty good.

I just don't see a need for a program like this. If you using a windows based machine and actually want to install this program to make it look like a mac, why not go out and BUY a mac?
