WinTopMost is a desktop utility whereyou can manage applications to be always visible on your desktop and disable the close button for selected applications when there is a requirement of a clean logout from the user before closing. WinTopMost intercepts windows captions when programs are running (can intercept many strings and disable X close buttons of many windows). It can be used in command line mode without an interface, and not visible in the system tray.
