Publisher's Description

WindowShade lets you hide the windows that are obscuring your view temporarily. Just by double-clicking the window titlebar, or pressing the Shift or Control key twice, the window will roll into just the window title bar, letting you see and interact with the windows located below the current window. Ideal for quickly glancing on what's happening below the current window or to get the top window out of the way without losing control of it.

I don't usually believe in reviewing applications based on price, but I make exceptions when jokes like this come along.

First of all, there already was a utility named "WindowShade", from Blue Carpet Software, and it did the exact same thing. Even if that utility is defunct, at least come up with a new name. (BTW, Blue Carpet Software ended up changing the original WindowShade to freeware, before disappearing off the face of the earth.)

Also, you're nuts to think this one-trick pony is worth $15. There are freeware utilities out there that do the exact same thing. (And yes, I know there are other utilities that do only what this one does, but which cost just as much.)
