No dystopia. You aren't blind! Aleluia! I Can see more too, but many people don't know scandisk, defrag or other basic maintenance tool of Windows. I believe that "Windows 98 Utilities" can help many beginners.

It's only shortcuts to Windows utilities. With multimedia builder, any novice programmer can do better.
The readme says "do things that Microsoft doesn't let u do".
Maybe i'm blind, but i can't see more.
If you want to tweak your system, take a look to Tweak All
