Dj_jorjinho, I'm not sure if that is what you are looking for but after doing some googling :P I found the following link to MicroSoft XPPowertoys. One of the toys seems to be a Virtual Desktop Manager.
"Virtual Desktop Manager
Manage up to four desktops from the Windows taskbar with this PowerToy."
http://www.microsoft.com...ertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
Hope that helps.

I wouldn't pay money for this when I got free, faster and better alternatives.
One thing i'm interested in:
Where can I find a program that gives my Desktop a virtual resolution?
Since i work with a 800*600 resolution and can't raise it, it would be nice to have a program that would give me a virtual resoluion of 1024*768 (just like in Linux's X-Window enviroment).

I reviewed earlier versions of this program and really liked it. In my last review I failed to mention that version 833 used 11% of system resources and with all the other stuff I NEED loaded in my system tray, that was totally unacceptable. I've come to find out that THIS latest version is using 15% of my system resources.... Hell, even AOL 6.0 only uses 6% when loaded and connected. Sorry, but nothing more than 5% would be acceptable for me to use this program now. Your concept is great and I do love the features but not at the expense of my resources for major programs i need to run.

Been using 3.80.832 for about a week now on both Win2K and 98SE and must say its one of the most feature packed Virtual desk tops I've seen. I love the Mouse features, haven't had any bugs to speak of on the Win98SE install, but seem to have a few glitches with the mouse L&R / R&L click through to next/prev desk tops. This problem is most notable when I'm running MS access in one window, it won't always click to next window on first click... could be an ACCESS problem since its using most of the processes at the time. I can aleviate this problem by using the "Hook Alt/Tab" feature for NT... but over all this program would get a 4.5 from me if BN allowed that.

Review of XDESK 3.70 BETA
Serious improvement - but take care since the beta will come with some of the new features (like the "IE pop-up killer") activated by default!

This has the potential to be a great program... in a few more iterations. First, the dialog boxes are littered with typos and poor grammar. Second, while it's handy to have help while configuring, it should have been balanced with better option labels instead of paragraphs in their own frame (or maybe hyperlinks to help).
Functionality, while stable, was curious. When I opened an instance of Outlook on one desktop and switched to another, I could not open a second instance of Outlook (I have two e-mail accounts after all).
Overall, the operation of the program was excellent. I have 256mb of RAM, and LOTS of things already loaded in the Tray, and XDesk caused no faults or crashes. With a little editing and some minor tweaks, this program has the potential to be one of my favorites.
