Xcrypted Proxy Scanner scans for proxy servers and their ability to forward your requests to a destination site. Once a server is located and verifyied it lists the speed and anonymous level of the proxy server. This program gives you several options to scan IP addresses, such as by single ip address, IP address ranges, or load IP addresses from a file.

This program can't be even used. I didn't managed to scan a single proxy. Runtime Error everywhere.. no options to set, bugy interface.. I understand that this is a beta but c'mon. At least make it a working beta!
