It didn't do anything for me, infact, in 3DMark it caused about 300 point drop in performance.

yeah its pretty good and works i personaly use ( hare v1.5 ) its is also shareware but uses very little resource and has more options and will improve video 80 percent easy
also in the benchmarks but again in fairness this app does what it says.

5 Stars .Net framework is a must from XP sp 1 , like Overnet client who need it also , This app have a gr8 GUI , it gaves me another 600 Points in MadOnion 3d Benchmark so it really makes it . . .

Neat App.
And Agon, keep in mind that .NET runtime you downloaded isn't just for this app, many new ones coming out require the runtime. Its just like when you had to download 12 megs of dlls for Vb4\5 apps. Or the 20 meg JRE for java apps.

And as for rating, first one is of course wrong, it will get a 1, as the rating is not only how an app runs but how user friendly it is, the download needed to run this one makes it very unfriendly :-/

Now it takes about 8 megs of ram, I tried to benchmark with 3mark2001 and it added me a 1000 points! it sure do the job so I give 5 stars.

Hmm I don't know about this thing. It has 2 instances of itself running and takes up about 30 megs of ram. I suppose I'll give it 15 days since this version actually works.

I tried it , Give nice boost to games ..
the only bad thing is the 20Mb of .NET but it looks like
lot's of new stuff are base on .net

I played Sims and i really felt its running faster..

Forget that! In my haste I ignored the fact there are two setup.exe...the corresponding ones are the same.
