Zend IDE works in conjunction with the Zend Debugger. Build your applications with the Zend IDE editor and project manager; then debug them using the Zend Debugger included in the IDE. From the Zend IDE Desktop's Edit area, you can open files, add code using Code Completion, search for code and then modify that code. You can also activate an online PHP Manual when coding a built-in PHP function. Using the Filesystem browser, you can build a file tree structure and manage your files from within the IDE desktop. You can define preferences for editing, debugging a script, or viewing the Zend IDE desktop. Moreover, you can define shortcut key combinations to activate IDE functions.
