Forget the adblock extension and this program, ad muncher is far more configurable (and requires no configuration to get working once you install it) and although it costs 24.95, good software is worth purchasing. The freebie lovers will flame this for not being free, but they probably never used it ;-)
Also, unlike this program, you dont need another spyware blocker, since it removes most of (if not all) the scripts that attempt to install spyware from IE. Yes, you might need it if you install lots of 3rd party p2p apps that are spyware supported (in which case, you are just asking for trouble anyways), but if its just browser based spyware, then nope

Use Firefox (free) and the adblock (free as well, adblock.mozdev.org) extension instead.
