It is not true that the program has a ratio of 1/3!!! You have different options to set your ratio:
With a ratio of 1/1 you can only download with the same speed you have set for you upload, e.g. your upload is set to 15kb/s but you maximund download is 96kb/s you are only able to download with a maximum of 15kb/s.
If you set you ratio higher, then you are able to donload even faster...
I never had crashes withe this program.

uh.. it forces a 1/3 ratio.. thats CRAP.. not everyone has a T3! and its BUGGY TOO.. hitting buttons sometimes caused instant reboots.. total 100% absolute GARBAGE..
