A very full-featured, yet small (in size and RAM usage) webcam program. You have the ability to upload via ftp, add time stamps, and change image size/color output options. A few preferable options are missing though, such as image overlays and greater text customization (font selection, location on image, italics, bold, and underline).

This program is great, I visited the authors website and downloaded a copy of a "special" version.
I love the idea of it floating over your desktop. If anyone is looking for a simple webcam software with ftp uploading features then I highly recommend this one.

Nice lightweight-but-fully-functional Web cam with ftp functionality, text overlay and optional timestamp.
