Publisher's Description
cladDVD .NET is a DVD ripper that can pretty much rip any DVD just the way you want it as it uses vStrip for the decryption. This means you can rip a single file, complete title set or main movie as is, or, even better, initiate IFO Parsing (default) and rip the exact selected ProGram Chain (PGC). It includes all the extended options like 'Multi-Angles', detection of 'Mastering Errors', 'MacroVision' removal, 'Key-Search' intensities and 'Audio Stream' re-mapping. It also includes a 'FrameServe' option giving direct control and execution of the DVD2AVI program (included) to aid in the process of converting to Video-CD by creating the 'D2V' and 'WAV' file.

"you have to have .NET Framework installed to run the program" I really have no urge to stick yet another 30MB M$ program on my pc just to be able to run this thing.
DVDDecrypter for me!

This programs works great, gives great control over ripping DVD to different formats since you can use DVD2AVI.
P.S. RoadWarrior, try Easy VCD 1.5a, if you want SVCD, or VDS's.
If you just want to rip, try DVD Decrypter.

Does anyone know if this will handle the Star Wars Episode II DVD correctly? Every other program I've tried jumps between the different audio tracks every 10 seconds or so, repeating the video each time. Very annoying.

I much prefer DVD Decrypter (http://www.dvddecrypter.com) because in addition to doing everything clad can do it can also rip a DVD to an ISO image. This is perfect for those who backup their DVDs.

Hi all, CloneAD here, just thought I'd mention as stated on the download page of my web site for all .NET programs you have to have .NET Framework installed.
BTW, if you don't you get this error:
'The Application Failed To Initialize Properly (0xc0000135)'
Hope this clears a few things up.
Thanks

this program is excellent if you're into dvd backups because the stream you rip can be chosen. eg: the original dvd is more than 4,7 gb, but if the DTS stream is removed it would fit... For the conventional ripping i still prefer Smartripper with its kickass "movie-mode". 4/5
