Publisher's Description

jFolder allows Windows 2000 and Windows XP users to customize the appearance of icons for drives (Win2K only) and folders. You can choose the icon and tool tip of any folder, giving the same effect (if desired) of system folders like the recycle bin or "My Documents". jFolder is written in Assembly Language for maximum efficiency.

I do beelive I was #1 to download this from BetaNews :-P
I do warn you this is freeware/shareware (as after 30 days it nags you to register it - $$ - according to the EULA), but it's the same thing SmartFTP and some other Freeware software does (annoying, but still quazi freeware).
Now down to how good it is...
It does what it says it will do, and does it fast. Has about a 3MB mem footprint on my machine. Very basic and bummy proof, though I don't think I'll keep it around as I can do the same with Windows build-in features (except the comment part - which I don't really care about).
