After the update most of my video files would not play. They would freeze my PC. Looked for days for a solution, tried every fix I could think of and others thought of. The only fix was a clean Windows install to get my system running 100% again. Looking for an answer I found many others who had the same problem. It came down to these drivers being the problem.

This not a WHOL drive but a RC and is stale. It came out December 3rd. It crashed my system (XP SP1)

I use Win 2k with a GF 2 GTS. I don't see any performace improvement and I can only load one game every boot. After running a game, I can go back into windows. However, I cannot run any 3D games after that, I have to re-boot. I upgraded my card's BIOS... did not help. I ended up going back to the last realease of the Nvidia drivers (14.70).

If you can get these drivers they are hitting 50% increase in win98se on a geforce3 card.
But in WinXP there is not much of a increase on a geforce2 GTS.
Maybe I just need to get this system defraged and twaek some.
