Very nice, but the installer and program after install only indicate beta 2.

Still a good player, GUI alot different now.
The only thing that it could use is, make the X in the right corner visable all the time, not fade in when you mouse over...I didn't know it was there to 1st few times I had it open.

Excellent easy to use programme.Goodbye winamp hello n.player

A great player, and that's no small achievement, because I've tried many of the best ones out there. Very intuitive, love the system tray icon, and the way the window snaps to the video. I also like the shortcut keys. And playing from the last position, that's amazing!

First, thanks for the distribution as FREEWARE.
It works easy. I use as alternativ the "zoomplayer".
They two programs work stable.

I have to say, that I really like this Player...
Simple, Easy,....
The only change that I would like to see, unless I have missed it in Options....is a way to clear the last Movie Played, it saves it by Default, so you can pick up where you left off....but thats not a big deal.
Keep up the good work.

This program saved me mega grief. Was finally able to find something that would play my Divx as well as the unecessarry obscure codecs movies seem to be recorded in when you download them (someone is spending too much time in messageboards downloading the newest beta!)
Makes watching a movie simple, just like the format it should have been recorded in.

Two words *Bad-Ass* to describe this player...especially for older PCs.

Yeah, I love Sasami2k and I still use it as my main mediaplayer. Too bad it's been a year gone and no updates yet. It's a killer app, I just hope it's not dead. I like n.player, but haven't really tried it yet. It looks good though, but I don't like it when the controls are seperated from the viewable window, like BS player. As for the other player you mention, I'll will check it out.

I do like were they are headed, but NICEMC or Sasami2k are the way to go. I love Sasami2k but there has been no updates to it. I hope this app adds the control features that NiceMC and Sasami2k have.

Excellent viwer, a few complains though:
1. Although you can resize the Window for disired viewing pleasure, i would like to see "Zoom" options such as 50%, 100%, 200% etc... in the right click context menu.
2. File Extentions are nice, but i can't believe it's missing (*.mpg) one of the most popular formats on the Internet, this should be a default extention instead of having to add it.
3. I would also like to see options in the perferences/extentions area such as "Only audio", "Only Video". That would be so helpful, since i use Winamp for my audio needs and only Winamp.
4. There's still a bug in n.player that causes the program to crash or at least cause a violation apon opening the perferences/options diolog box on my Windows 98 operating system. Has yet to be fixed over the past 3 release's, i'm thinking it's an isolated incident.
Over all a excellent peice of work that needs alot of attention to detail still to match the likes of Windows Media Player.

A great beginning to a promising player. Controls are a bit confusing, but for a first release shows great future ability.
