It does NOT connect to the Internet. Port 61680 is DDE server, oort 9050 is Network Remote input plugin, port 8765 is WinLirc. It starts fine even if I disallow it using ZoneAlarm. Btw. 127.0.0.1 means localhost ;) It's the server in Afghanistan...
