I actually got the recipe for this "browser":
1. Pick a bowl
2. Put in the least standard compliant and most bugged rendering engine you can find on the market
3. Put in some eye candy
4. Put in some more custom bugs (sorry, "features"!)

CCC is bugged for me (XP Pro, 1950pro card). only the basic page shows up and there are reports of missing ccc-core XML files in the eventviewer upon each CCC launch.
