Please reinsert the cyan ink tank. Make sure that the light is lit. If it does not, please remove the ink tank and look in the slot to make sure that there is nothing in the slot that is causing the cyan ink tank to not be recognized. If the issue persists, your PIXMA MX922 would require service. visit https://www.customerserv...-mx922-wont-print-error/
