Installed PC-cillin 2007 on two computers. Both had severe cpu degredation. Program Pcscnsrv.exe ate up to 100% of cpu time. Reported problem and de-installed 2007. Re-installed 2006 and all returned to normal. Problems in 2007 need fixing...
