Opps, somehow my email address (the one with odd username) is displayed instead of the publisher URL.
I'll fix the pad file and submit it again.

My suspicions are raised by the publisher URL of this toolbar...it isn't what it appears to be but is a redirect to a sign in to a fastmail site with an odd username.
I've opted not to install even on a test machine.
