I think that C-Organizer is the best of the PIM's I have tried. It has very friendly and beautiful interface. Moreover it is really flexible and powerfull product.
I tried PIM's from the post below, but C-Organizer is much better. Definitely.

Are you people blind? That's a total 1999 flashback. Good lord...
For those looking for a great PIM application, I'd suggest trying EssentialPIM. Or if you need a simple (and yet flexible) TODO program, try MyLife Organized. Now those 2 both look slick and have huge flexibility.

I never could figure out what any other PM could do that Outlook can't do better and I have tried them all I think. I do believe however that supporting Beta software is important to the developer but paying $35.00 for something that I already have doesn't make sense to me. As for this program, it has a way to go and I would trade the pretty interface for useful functionality.

C_Organizer is probably the prettiest of the many PIM's I have tried, and definitely worth downloading and trying out. It's not exactly feature-rich for the $35 asking price, yet is fairly large at over 2 MB. Adding records and information can be unnecessarily painful, because there are no keyboard shortcuts and no context menus for the record entry fields. Worse than that is that nothing can be edited unless you first save the record and go into "Edit Mode". This makes it unnecessarily hard to correct even minor typing errors. Also it's not copy-and-paste friendly. In some situations it interprets copied spaces literally, and enters junk characters in place of empty space at the end of a text string. The Combo Box that drops down in the records is pretty confusing. Until the record has been saved, it sometimes appears that it drops down to nothingness. I realize it's Beta. Perhaps by the final, it will be cleaned up. If so, I feel it will be worth the price to all us fussbudgets at home or at the office. CSoftLabs, please go to work and house-break this puppy! Please make it more intuitive and user-friendly! It's too pretty and well laid out to be so full of idiosynchrasys! --WISH LIST-- C-Organizer needs to be a tad more "freeform", because record entry and recall is too rigid. C-Organizer Pro needs an auto-save option to prevent losing records and changes. It needs a few simple keyboard shortcuts(Look at NoteBark's keys) I would like the ESC key to quickly save and copletely exit from C-OP like Metapad and ACDSee has chosen to do. I would like to see better drag-and-drop ability of nested folders. I would LOVE to see C-OP open exactly as it was when closed. This is a serious shortcoming! (bobad@charter.net)

I want to use the Grouping function in Task. It didn't work in beta 1 and neither did it work in beta 2.
