Publisher's Description

DSynchronize is a stand-alone utility that let you periodically synchronize two or more folders in a LAN (also working with UDF-CD-DVD, USB Keys, etc.). Is also possible to specify the time and the day on which the sync have to run, and to create some filters. There is also an option to add the date and time of the sync to the name of the folder, to obtain a series of backups, classified by date and time.

Tried it some time ago when setting up a backup for my desktop, and while it was very capable it lacked in the UI department. If I were to rank just the interface, it'd be 2/5.

I've been using it since few months and I'm very happy. It would be perfect if, while asking confirmation of replacing files, it showed details of both copies (size, date, last opening, etc...). I don't like to overwrite the wrong file......

Would be perfect if it supported copying in use files (VSS).

Have been using it for 6 months for my backups, copying 5 gigs of info, and couldn't be happier. Portable, stable, effective, and fast.

Would like to see FTP support in future versions but absolutely no complaints.

Awesome.

SyncbackSE is the best solution, but I'll give DSynchronize a better rating. Why? Because it's a) small b) PORTABLE c) no registry crap.

Great software!
