You gotta be kidding me, unless this is some Visual Studio for BAT files, and then wtf needs it at this price?

Any text pad editor and easy access to any number of free websites for dos will provide the same functionality for free. You get this, its only for "convenience" sake.
Recommend notepad++ or eclipse, though the latter maybe overkill for most people.
