I've been using EULAlyzer for a long time, and it's saved me from installing several pieces of crapware over the years. You still have to do a little reading and make a judgement call, but using key words this little gem strips away all the BS Legalese fluff from the EULA and leaves you with just the questionable bits about about potential crapware/privacy issues for you to read. It is important to read what's left because since it checks for key words, often you'll find that there's nothing to worry about, but other times it's time to cancel the install.
KayKaspersky is full of crap, interesting that it's his/her 1 and only post in the fileforum. What a troll. I have a hard time believing that the makers of Spybot S&D would recommend (as well as remove) Javacool Software (now BrightFort) on their site for all these years if they were half as bad as you claim.

Does exactly what it says. Usually it doesn't find anything, as programs with actually "bad" EULAs are already well-known and easily avoided.
But, unlike what KayKaspersky (I have no idea what he's thinking) claims, there's no spyware, trojan, adware, or anything dangerous in the program.

This Junk is infested with Trojan and Spyware Downloaders, Not Recommended - Use at your own Risk !
It is also full of adware by this and that for $14.99

Seemed like a nice idea until I tried it. The flagged results are usually meaningless, and not helpful, given what I deem a lousy interface.
And, as with other titles by this author, the "Go Pro!" clamoring is pathetic.
