File Compact Wizard can create hard links. You can do it manually or from results of analyzing your disk for duplicate data results. This will help you not to use space for duplicate files storing. Functionality of hard links can be used only on NTFS volumes.

Superb program! Recommended for ANY NTFS user! (who uses fat these days anyways :))..
My only issue with this program was that its quite slow, which is acceptible since it has to search the entire drive.
Although I wish this sort of functionality were to be built into the OS itself (preferably at the sector level)
At the end of the day though, you really aint gaining much space! Cause you'll find out that most of the duplicates are caused by DLLs.. You hardly save any space.
