Similar situation to johnrc2 re different error messages & access:
Installed release prior to this one on two of several networked computers(vista)--
A. able to log in on first computer
B. unable to log in with identical credentials on second computer, even though service has icons / prompts for multiple computers.
NOW, WITH THIS RELEASE INSTALLED, cannot log in with any computer anymore.
Could be a Vista issue(how the tcpip stack was reworked)....at a couple of my daytrading data sites i get similar inconsistent access(i can access once or twice a day only, exact time of day or session length or which computer varying greatly-- while all other OS from win98 thru XP can connect at will and stay connected indefinitely without getting booted) -- it's not a firewall nor internet zones(browser not utilized for connecting anyway) issue for sure.

I would like to try using it, but when I install it on my computer, it says it's checking my account on the server, and it comes back to me saying that I need to download a newer version at www.foldershare.com. I try downloading from that website and still keep getting the same message. If I can't install it, I can't try it. If I can't try it, I can't rate it.
And to top it all off, when I try and register with my personal Email address, it says that account has already been used. But, when I log into to their server using this account, and ask to reset my password and send me the new password, it says that account doesn't exist!

Does what it says, and has the benefit that I can access ANY file on a PC without having it shared/synced in advance.
It says 'Shareware' as the price, but it is free now that MS owns it.

Love The Program. Love The Idea Behind It. Easy To Use & Understand. Like The Prior Comment Says, This Program Could Have A Great Future. The Company Providing The Password Is Not Cool. Besides That, Everything Else Is Great.
