VPC ?!?! Even a caveman will stay away from that crap. Here is one example: On 64 bits Windows OS, the CPU is 64 bits having VT capabilities. And yet, you cannot install a 64bits guest OS with VPC.

-Better try the free Virtualbox from Sun or vmware options (not free). Some corporations never learn...-
I agree Virtual PC is not good, however Virtualbox is even worse.. Try doing NAT some time, no communication from local machine to the VM by default.. Brilliant.
If you REALLY want a good Virtualization, just use VM Ware player, it's free and it's good

The worst option available, as said before: Another product destroyed by Microsoft incompetence...Virtual PC used to be a good product and now is slow, unreliable and sluggish.

There must be more to it than the description gives. Otherwise, Microsoft would appear to be cutting its own throat vis-a-vis Windows 7 versions that include XP mode.

Another once great product destroyed by microsoft. I have never been able to get anything other than microsoft products to run on it.
Crap.
Get virtualbox instead.
