Publisher's Description

OneSwarm is a new peer-to-peer tool that provides users with explicit control over their privacy by letting them determine how data is shared. Instead of sharing data indiscriminately, data shared with OneSwarm can be made public, it can be shared with friends, shared with some friends but not others, and so forth. We call this friend-to-friend (F2F) data sharing.

IMHO, If you need to securely share a file with someone there are a multitude of free aps that will allow you to connect without "intermediaries" like OneSwarm uses. Of course this means an exact ip and not some "I want to download blah blah blah" from who knows who using such and such ap that MUST be on both pc's. Private trackers are still the best way to do that.
Screw germany AND their laws. If the public wants a censored net they will them selves make it so. Govts, incl entities like the riaa or mpaa can go sue themselves for all I care. Bunch of idiots anyway
